📦 Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including jewelry boxes, certificates, tags, etc.).
Non-Returnable Items
· Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraving, custom sizing, made-to-order designs)
· Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
· Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
· Any item that has been worn, damaged, or is not in its original condition
Refund Process
1. Contact our customer service (leemiaoke@gmail.com) to obtain a Return Authorization and instructions.
2. Securely ship the item back using a trackable and insured service.
3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the item price only; shipping costs are non-refundable.
· For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (subject to availability). Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please provide photos/video as evidence. We will cover all shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
