Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding custom-made items, which will have a separate production timeline communicated at purchase).
Shipping Options & Costs
· Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping via [e.g., FedEx, USPS]. Shipping is [flat rate / free over a certain amount / calculated at checkout].
· International Shipping: Available to select countries. Shipping costs and any import duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package is damaged, please refuse delivery or contact us immediately with photos. Lost or damaged items in transit are covered by us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
